1.can you make the samples
yes ,We can make samples to you according to your demand:)
 

2. what the cooper plate ?
one color need one cooper plate ,so we sugget you make less color, then you can pay less cooper plate fee , The guarantee time of the plates are all 2 years, that is mean if you repeat the same order in 2 years, there will be no plate cost. But please kindly note that if you change the design or bags size, the plates will be no useful anymore:)

3.What is your payment terms.

Our payment terms is 30% deposit before we make production, and 40% deposit before we shipping the goods out.
