A: Yes, we are. We have our own factory and international sales department. We produce and sell all by ourselves.and we have many years experience in this field.

4. Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Usually it takes around 3-20days to finish production according to your quantity. If you need the goods urgently, please tell us, we can provide the goods faster if we have materials for the models you want in stock.
 
5. Q: How can I get a sample from your side?
A: there are two kind of ways we can provide you samples,the first way is to send our ready made samples to you,the other way is to do the samples according to your requirement.

6. Q: How can I pay you?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 30% deposit before production and 70% balance after goods are finished.
The most common way to pay us is by T/T. Paypal, West Union are also acceptable.
 
7. Q: Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A: Yes, you can come to our factory by yourself or ask colleagues from your Chinese office or even ask a third party inspection company to check the quality of goods before delivery.
 
8. Q: How the goods are delivered to me?
A: For small quantity, we advise to deliver by courier, like UPS, DHL, ect.
For big quantity, we advise to ship by sea. We can send goods to your assigned Shipping Forwarder. Or if you don’t have a shipping forwarder, we’ll quote you sea freight by using our shipping agent.
We can also do DDP (door to door service), then you only need to wait for goods arriving at home.
