Q3: Is the sample free?

A3: We can provide 1pc-2pcs existing sample or customized white sample for free, express fee is collect or prepaid by the buyer. For printing samples, sample cost is subjected to its complexity, express fee is collect or prepaid by the buyer. 

 Q4: Can I have a personalized paper box or paper bag? 

 A4: Yes, most of our paper boxes and bags are customized. We also have designers in house to provide tailored packaging for you.

Q5: Is there a minimum order requirement? 

A5: Due to the machine running limits and to save expensive cross-national shipping charges, our minimum order quantity is 2000pcs. It is recommended to order full containers ( 20’GP, 40’GP, 40’HQ) to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
