 2. 30% deposit for mass production and 70% delivery

Q: When can I get the quotation? 

The quotation will be offered within 24 hours after getting your detailed request. If you get the urgent 

inquiry, please call us or mark it via E-mail, then we could make it into priority list.

Q: How long is the lead time for samples making and bulk production? 

Normally we need 5-10 days for samples making, 20-30 days to complete your orders, 

but the delivery time more depends on the order QTY.

Q: How can I get FREE samples?

We offer free samples for our clients but for some samples with more complicated requirement, we will 

require a very small amount sample fee, but it will be deducted from the total amount once the order is 

confirmed.

1. Payment terms

1. Mass production: by T/T (30% deposit ,balanced 70% should be paid before delivery)

2. Sample: by Western Union, Money gram. you should pay more usd15 bank commission if you want to pay 

by T/T.

Note: for the sample cost, extra money will be returned back to you once placed an order

2. Packing

 1. Packaging: gift box, blister packaging, opp bag , can be as your requirements.

3. Delivery

 1. Sample lead time: usually 5-7 workdays once we confirm the order or received payment.

 2. Mass production lead time: It depends on your quantity. (Pls contact us)

 3. We can ship by sea ,by express(such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS etc), by road and so on

 4. After-sales

 1.  Warranty: 1 year. We provide the good quality.

 3. The warranty is based on broken not made by human being.
