Q3: Can I Get Samples before Mass Production? Is The Sample Charge Refundable?
A: We are honored to offer you samples, samples in storage artwork will be provided for free, only shipping cost paid by your side.
Dummy samples and Finished Product Samples are welcomed, sample charge can be refunded based on order values.
Q4: How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?
Generally, digital sample or dummy sample in 1-3days, finished product sample needs 3-7 working days.
The lead time for mass production based on your orders quantity, finishing, etc., usually 7-10 working days is enough.
Q5: Can We Have Our Logo or Company Information on Your Products or Package?
Sure. Your Logo can show on the products by Printing, spot/embossed UV, gold/silver foil, hot stamping, or Sticker, etc.
