Of course! Stock samples are free, you only need to pay the shipping cost, around $28.
6. How can I make my own design?
We have a template for your graphic designer after bag packaging style and size are confirmed.
7. What format would I need to send you the artwork in?
Files in AI, CDR, PDF, etc.
Please kindly be noted that the resolution must be higher than 300dpi and the layer must be editable, which can not be merged.
8. What if I do not have a designer to create the artwork? Can you help me with the design?
Yes. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance on the design.
9. What is the delivery time?
1-4 days by international express.
7-10 days by air and 30 days around by the ocean.
10. How can you make sure the final printing meets my requirements?
We will proofread your design in advance and send you final version for confirmation before the bulk production.
11. How can you assure the quality of your products?
We use high-quality food-grade raw materials for production, which are safe to pack food and beverage, etc.
12. How can I pack my products by using your packaging?
We will leave the top or the bottom of the bag/pouch open, you could heat seal it after packing your products.
